PARADE FUNDRAISERS
The Fair Board has scheduled fundraisers to help cover the expenses of bringing a fair court and a float to the communities hosting parades and other activities (for example: carnival rides & lunch). The Princesses & parents will be asked to participate (selling tickets, decorate, baking, setting-up, clean-up, etc.). These fundraisers are currently scheduled:
Feb. 26/27th Bake Sale @ Annual Flea Market
March 13 Green Thumb Bingo Easter Basket Auction & Bake sale
April 24th Bake Sale / Car Wash
April 25th Bake Sale
June 5th Car Wash
June 19thth Italian Dinner
June 26th Car Wash
July 10th Car Wash
Nov. 6th Holiday Bazaar Bake Sale
Feb. 18th & 19th Flea Market Bake Sale
Notes: To Receive all of the Participation Points allowed, remember to bring all of your Princess items AND your Princess calendar and your Princess Point Journal!! 10 Points will be deducted for a missing wardrobe item. 5 Points will be deducted for a missing calendar and point note journal.
Princesses are responsible for their own expenses during a fundraiser. (Ex. lunch & drink)
The age requirements for fundraiser participation are as follows: Friends and family members of the ages 10 or 11 can help at work parties with parental supervision. Friends and family members 12 and older do not need parental supervision. Friends and family members younger than 10 are only allowed at a fundraiser/work party with parental supervision. Participation points will only be awarded for the friends and family members above 10 years of age.
